iPhone

I have a brand new soundbar 300.  Just connected.  Plays TV fine but when playing music from my iPhone, the music cuts in ans out constantly.  Tried putting phone right next to speaker.  Tried restarting phone.

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on

(Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

What environment do you experience the issue in?

(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Thank you for reaching out to the community, sorry that you are having some issues playing audio to your Soundbar from your iPhone.

 

Are you playing this audio through Bluetooth or via the Bose Music app? Can you also confirm if this persists over every device you connect to your Soundbar?
