Welcome to the Community, thanks for posting!


If your system is not getting power, the first thing I would recommend doing is making sure that the cables are connected correctly and securely as shown in the owner's guide HERE.


I'd also recommend checking that the system is connected to a working power outlet, and if possible, test the system with another power cable as well. The Acoustimass uses a standard figure of 8 power cable that a number of our speakers, and other electrical devices, use so you may have one available that you can use to test the system.
