soundbar 300 and Sirus

Sirus XM has started to fade in and out after playing perfectly for about 1 year. It dosn't matter if I use the remote or soundtouch app. I have updated the app and also removed the sirus service and then reinstalled it. All other services stream fine on soundbar and sirus will strem fine on other devices.

Re: soundbar 300 and Sirus

Hello bquin3,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Soundbar 300. I would be more than happy to help you with this today, please follow the steps below:

  1. Turn the soundbar off
  2. Unplug the soundbar power cord from the power outlet
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Reconnect the power cord
  5. Wait 30 seconds for the system to reboot

I would also recommend closing the app and then reopening it again.

Kindest regards,

Tried solutions but still the same.

On app error message 3918 and 1302.

Can get 1 or 2 stations to play briefly.

Hello,

Thanks for giving those steps a go, could you try logging out of your Sirius XM account and then logging back in?

I would also suggest rebooting your router too, please let me know how you get on!

Kindest regards,

Re: soundbar 300 and Sirus

Still not working after trying possible solutions.

I see now that this an issue going on for a while.

Until Bose comes up with a solution I will use bluetooth from ipad to soundbar but I would prefer to use wifi.

Please keep me updated.
