Hola compre unos audífonos deportivos el 9 de diciembre del 2020 y hasta el momento el auricular izquierdo no funciona, he realizado todo lo que dicen en la página y nada, la verdad pensaba que eran unos audífonos espectaculares pero resulto todo lo contrario una real decepción..

I'd also like to know more about the issue you are having with the left earphone, are you able to see any LED's on the product at all?
