I am having an issue with the microphone. I tried calling my wife for the first time with them and she says my voice is echoing. I am not sure why this is i tried turning them off turning them back on. Restarting my phone. Nothing worked. I thought maybe i need to update the earbuds but the app telling me it cant update try again later. Maybe i need to just manually update it from the computer? If anyone knows i would appreciate it thanks!

I’m sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with the microphone on your SoundSport Free earphones when you are trying to take calls. I’ll see what I can do.
I would recommend performing a manual update of the buds as the application isn’t allowing you to do so. To perform this, head over to the LINK HERE on a PC or laptop and follow the on-screen instructions. Once complete, give it a test to see if this has improved the echo on your calls.
