RE: Bose Music App Update – 4.2.4 – December 1st, 2020

I have just received my new Quietcomfort earbuds which pair with my iPhone 8 which has the latest version of iOS 14 onit instantly and the sound is great. I have also downloaded the latest version of the music app from the Apple App Store. My problem is I can’t get past the front page on the app telling me to pair the ear buds with my phone. I can’t access the settings and change them on my ear buds. This defeats the object of spending the extra on these and makes them no better then a much cheaper pair.

is anyone else experiencing this issue and can you suggest a solution please?
