Hello, Charlotte G,
I reset the headphone settings, as you advised me. But unfortunately after this defect was not eliminated. The led on the right earbud does not flash and the headphone with the phones (Iphone 7,8 ) do not work.
I live in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

We are sorry to hear that this issue persists. 

 

I would next recommend performing a reboot of your headphones. Instruction on how to do this can be found below; 

  • Place the earbuds into the charging case
  • Plug the charging case into a wall outlet using a USB charger and wait 5 seconds
  • Unplug the USB cord from the charging case and wait 1 minute
  • Remove the earbuds from the case and try again

SOUNDSPORT FREE WIRELESS

I have the SOUNDSPORT FREE WIRELESS EARBUDS.WHEN FIND MY EARBUDS ARE WHY DO ONLY THE LEFT ONE IS SHOWING AND NOT THE RIGHT ONE?

  • Is this your first time using the headphones?
  • Are you sing the Bose Connect app? 
  • What firmware version are you running? 
  • If this is not your first time using the headphones, has anything changed recently?
