I finally updated the software on my Bose Sound Sport headphones. I have followed the directions that I see in the Community Forums about these headphones.
They are losing charge rapidly.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I wonder if there is something that can be done about this?

We have multiple SoundSport products.
SoundSport in-ear, SoundSport Wireless, SoundSport Pulse Wireless, and SoundSport Free Wireless. (Clearly, not SoundSport in-ears as they are not battery powered.)
Can you please visit this page to enter your serial number to confirm the model name.

I did as you described... and entered the Serial Number. The information came back that I have the Sound Sport Wireless headphones. Does that help?
