Bose SoundSport no stable bluetooth oscillating

Samsung Galaxy S12 as well as Windows 10
Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Note, all my devices work perfectly with Samsung Galaxy Buds. But with Bose it sucks. Bluetooth connection is not stable, either disconnects intermittently or oscillates between left to right.
What environment do you experience the issue in?
(noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
Yes it worked correctly originally, and then a couple of months later it started misbehaving.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
Reset, updated firmware t latest (20/11/2020), tried different sources, cleared Bluetooth pairing - essentially everything mentioned by others in this forum. Trust me, I have no interest in wasting my time contacting Bose. I have 5 of their products, but this one sucks!!
