Bose Soundsport Free volume level decreased

Hello,

 

My Bose Soundsport Free’s were working perfectly fine and today the volume level is extremely low. I updated them, check all the volume levels on my iPhone, iWatch, the app and nothing changes; they still play at a low volume. It seems as if overnight something changed.

That seems very strange! You did the right thing by checking the headphones are up-to-date.

 

Have you tried clearing the pairing list of the headphones, then re-connecting back to your devices? Simply follow the steps as shown HERE.
