Bose Soundsport Wireless earphones Multi-function button will not answer calls

New Bose Soundsport Wireless earphones are not answering calls with the multi function button. It ends the call when button pressed once as a call is coming in. Any idea?

What device do you have them connected to?

THE UNIT IS CONNECTED TO EITHER A TABLET/ANDROID/iPHONE

EVERY DEVICE CAUSES THE SAME PROCES WHERE THE CALL IS ENDED AND NOT ANSWERED,

SO THE EARPHONE MULTI-FUNCTION BUTTON IS ACTIVE BUT DOES NOT ANSWER THE CALL.

Can you please confirm if you are performing a single press or a held press to answer the call?

If you are performing a single press, then it's possible the button is damaged, and causing a held press to occur, so service would be recommended. Details for local support can be found here.
