I just got off the phone with Bose customer support and while very nice and offering to replace my headphones, I found the solution. The volume on my new Note 10+ was only half volume when turned completely up. If you phone has a setting to connect via Bluetooth to multiple devices at the same time, you need to disable this feature in order to get full volume from your Bose Wireless Headphones. Hope this helps as it was driving me crazy.
