My soundsport headphones will just shut off randomly and then not turn back on. Then they will look like they are charging and work for maybe two minutes. Even more strange, when they shut off on their own, i put an unconnected charger into the charging outlet on them and it lit up green as if it was plugged into something...

I am very sorry to hear that your SoundSport headphones are behaving in this way.
Could you please confirm that you have the SoundSport wireless headphones?
If so, I would recommend resetting them by following these steps:
Additionally, an update may be required. To install this, please visit the Bose Updater on your computer and follow the instructions.
Get back to me once you have done this and let me know if anything has changed with the headphones.

exact thing happen to me. did the reset. dont know if that did anything. updated it. after all that it wouldnt turn on. i plugged it in the charger and now the light is red.

Recently my soundsport wireless earphones have had trouble staying on.
I charge them and when I turn them on, it says 100% charge, then I connect to a device (connectivity is not an issue). After connecting normally, the earphones randomly turn off after some 5-10 minutes. After this, they remain off until I charge them again.. this doesn't make sense and I've tried resetting them, disconnecting them, seemingly everything. Please help, thanks in advance!

I also have this issue however I am unable to install the updater as I am on a Corporate PC, can I run it off my phone through Bluetooth? is there a web version of the Updator?
