Is their a solution in the works In the next firmware update to fix the left earbud problem I am having as it seems i am not the only one or is this a hardware problem so i can return them they really nice though

mbwana73 - what issues are you having with the left bud? I noticed the other day that my noise cancelling is only working in my right bud for some reason

I do not want app, got new quiet Comfort earbuds yest, wanted Poss uninformed! Comfort and noice cancelling.
Not Poss with no App, or is for 3 out 11 settings.
A simple Manuel option, options rather than, you will use app.
Google feature pops up offers bad jokes.
I will try to set up today, to slow down, yet I do find it's an annoying lack simplicity.
Instructions for the simple 3.
Even the discussion over complicated.
Gee for 200 pound would expect instant quite n comfort

At least you guys get software updates, been waiting since November last year for 1 on the NC700s overeat headphones. Lost of problems and bugs with them have been listed and the admins have not replied in more than 4 months. If I’m being honest with everyone please just boycott the products and go elsewhere. They don’t care as long as they make there money. I’m sticking with the apple headphones unless Bose can prove they value their customers @Andy_B
