I'm trying to use my bose wireless in-ear headphones to teach my fitness classes with but i'm noticing that I get the "battery fading" signal after only about an hour of use, and then they die before 2 hours. I need to extra time to set up, test sound, etc.
I am making sure my case is fully charged as indicated on the lights at the front, and that the earbuds go back in the case after use. Is it possible to get a replacement pair?
Hello Sydney,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. I am sorry to read that you are having some battery life issues and would love to assist you further.
Let's start by attempting some troubleshooting before we explore service options. To do this I would recommend that we begin with performing an update on the headset by heading to our online updater, then following the on-screen instructions to update the headphones.
I would also suggest that we reset the headset by following these steps below:
We look forward to hearing back from you with the result of these steps.
Hi Hector,
I know I am not the original poster for this issue, but I am experiencing almost the exact same behavior for my device. The battery life for my SoundSport Free wireless headphones has degraded to only 2 hours from a full charge. I followed the two recommendations that you detailed in your reply to Sydney and the battery life for the buds remains the same. Can you recommend next steps for my issue? Thank you.
