Boss sound sport Free right ear phone not switching on

My earphones have been working well for a couple of months, last night they stopped working.  The ear phones are fully charged. but the right ear bud is showing no light and is not been found by the find my earphone app.  I have followed the advice on this site. deleted from my blue tooth list.  Now my phone can not find the ear phones.  I have also installed the update software to the ear phones.

Welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are having this experience with your SoundSport Free headphones. 


We appreciate you taking the time to perform some troubleshooting already, clearing the Bluetooth list and performing an update were good first steps to perform!


What I would next suggest is that you connect an alternative charging cable to your charging case. Do the LED's on the case illuminate? 


Does there appear to be any damage on the connection of the right earbud and within the charging case?
