Just got my Bose SoundSport Earbuds a few days ago, and while trying to connect them to my iPhone for the first time (through the Bose app), the right earbud does not seem to respond. The case and earbuds are fully charged, but when I remove them from the case, only the left earbud starts blinking. The left earbud seems to be responsive, but I cannot connect them because they are not both in "pairing mode". Additionally when I put them in my ears, I cannot hear the voice speaking instructions. What should I do? Should I return them?
