Hi I went to turn my earphones on today and no light came on, I tried charging them the orange light flashed for awhile while charging then turned red, I've left them charging for hours but as soon as I plug them out they wont come on and no lights turn on

They will charge but will not play once off the charger.
Once you remove the headphones from the charge do they provide any LED response at all when you try and use them?
Are they not turning on, or just not play once turned on and connected to?
The first thing I would recommend doing to get them back up and running is a reset of the headphones. To do this, what you will want to do is:

- Click on your profile and add your earbuds on "ADD PRODUCT" if you haven't already (it's fairly easy bc all it asks is your serial number, which you can find when you remove one of your StayHear tips).
After that, go to:

Initiate a service request -->
(P.S. For mine, I had to drive to a UPS store to ship the earbuds (they send you a tracking slip), but I don't think you can have them pick it up.)
