Earphones won’t connect

I bought a pair of wireless earphones a few weeks ago, and today I went on holiday abroad. I tried to connect to them via the bose app but instead of connecting the app told me that they can’t find them. Also the little bluetooth light on my left earphone was blinking. Anyone know a fix to this? Thanks.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues pairing your wireless earphones. I'd love to help you with this today. 

 

Can you please confirm which model of headphones it is you have? Further to this, if you haven't already, can you please try to update the firmware? This can be done on a computer by visiting this link. 

 

I'll be interested to hear how you get on. If anyone else is having issues similar to this, please feel free to get involved in the conversation.
