Suddenly one ear bud won't connect, the other ear bud works fine.
Tried to clear head phone memory but still doesn't work.
Any ideas what it could be?
To confirm - are you referring to the SoundSport Free Headphones? What device are you trying to connect the headphones too?
I'd recommend performing a reset on the headphones, as shown HERE. Also, be sure to check your product firmware is up-to-date by visiting the Bose Updater HERE.
