The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Dear Team,

 

I have baught a in ear sound sport fre wireless headphones and the volume button rubber has come out and when i have taken it to jumbo and they have said that it cannot be repaired .Spending so much of money for this and now its a waste of my hard earned money .Rrquesting you to help me on this pr else i will neva buy or refere any one for bose products and switch to apple or samsung .

I'm sorry to learn you're encountering difficulty with your SoundSport Free headphones and the onboard controls. How long have you owned the headphones? You may still be with the returns period to go back to your point of purchase, depending on where you are located.

 

If not, our support teams are always happy to assist and will let you know the available service options that are in place to resolve your issue. I think it'd be best if you reached out to the team, so we can look into things further and get this resolved. To do this, go to Global Contact Page > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'.
