i ordered it online , and still not delivered 

 

but i dont know the store , so i wish if there is scratch code or any other way to ensure that the product is original

We recommend that you only purchase from Bose directly or via an authorised seller to avoid disappointment. 

 

I'd suggest you reach out to the store in which you purchased your headphones to see whether they are able to provide you with an update on your order.

Bose original have serial number and you should be able to see on the packaging.

Which place did you buy it?
