I am wondering how to update the FW on my "QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling" (QC20) headphones?
The QC20 does not create a response from https://btu.bose.com, where I successfully updated my SoundSport before.
Thanks for posting. That's a great question. The QC20 headphones does not have updatable software.

Please try your headphones with another mobile device to check if the issue is persistent. Be sure to verify the volume level is up on your devices, apps, and headphones.
