I have paired my Sport Earbuds to my Microsoft Surface but they will not connect.

Do you receive any error messages at all when trying to connect? Have you been able to connect them to any other devices so far?

I don't get an error message.  When I hit "connect" it shows that they are connecting for a second or two then instantly disconnect.

Are you able to connect the earbuds to any other products?

i am having the same issue with my BoseQC earbuds.  i have my bose app on my iphone and no trouble connecting on that device.  I am wanting to also connect the earbuds to my surface pro for use in skype and zoom meetings.  i have paired the earbuds with the surface pro and it shows as a paired device but am not able to have the surface pro recognize the earbuds as an option in available audio devices.   

i have not downloaded the bose app on the surface pro.  do i also need to do that, as well as pair the earbuds as an audio device?  would downloading the app on the surface pro conflict with the app being on my iphone as well?

your help is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome! 

 

You will be unable to download the app on your surface pro as it is only available on mobile devices. I would recommend clearing the pairing list on the earbuds by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button in the case. Once complete, delete the pairing on the surface pro and reconnect like a new connection.

I have gone through all of those steps, cleared the paired list on the ear buds, and reconnected numerous times.  They still will not connect to my Surface.  This almost seems like a firmware issue with the ear buds...but I am not a programmer.
