In ear headphones soundsport

I’ve used my headphones for 18 months with no problems. Yesterday they would not turn on so believing the battery may be flat I charged them. The green light illuminated immediately. The power button clicks no connection no illumination no audio pairing prompts and no pairing.

ive tried to update firmware and other advice seen in the forum with no success.

ive looked after the unit and so far they’ve been excellent.

what do you suggest going forward please..?
