In order to provide you with the most accurate information, can I confirm that you are using the SoundSport Free headphones here?
If so, can I ask if this happens with all audio devices that you try to pair these headphones to, and to check that the headset is up to date manually?
You can ensure that this is up to date by connecting the charging case to a computer or laptop via the USB-A-->Micro-B cable, and clicking here to go to our updater website. This will then guide you through the updating procedure for this headset.
