Left earbud will not connect even with hard reset

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.) - iPhone iOS 14.5

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce


left earbud will not connect with right earbud no matter what. It is fully charged and have tried clearing Bluetooth, reconnecting, hard reset within case, etc but only the right will show the blue pairing light while the left, fully charged, will only show white light and not connect to the right earbud. 


What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.) all


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

yesterday afternoon first time it’s happened. 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

All recommended solutions by Bose in manual and on forums.

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your left Sport Earbud. We appreciate you taking the time to perform some great troubleshooting already. 


You said the left earbud has a white light, is this flashing or solid?


Can you also confirm if you're able to connect the left earbud to other devices also? This way we can see if this is isolated to your iPhone.
