Long press to pause music instead of double tap on QuietComfort Earbuds

Hi, Bose friends,

I picked up the new QuietComfort Earbuds yesterday and the first thing that stuck out was that double tapping to pause/unpause is pretty uncomfortable. When the noise cancelling is on and you've got a good seal, double tapping creates some pretty unpleasant pressure on the ear drum unlike the sensation when using an over-ear headphone. Can we get the option to change the action to a long press (or single tap) so I don't spike my ear drum twice every time I need to pause/unpause?
