Currently, my microphone is not working. I took it to one of the support centers stated in website in Turkey where I live. And later I have been told that they would not be able to help due to a strange reason that I dont have my receipt. It is clear from my serial number that I have valid warranty. I went through support steps in bose website and had a result that my product would be replaced. However, when it comes to return addresses, I realized there were not any out of usa.
