My QC earbuds keep saying ready to connect when they are already connected to my phone?

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Hey @brockdoc, welcome to the Bose Community!

 

Sorry that your QuietComfort Earbuds are announcing this when they are already connected. Let's reset the earbuds to get this resolved. Follow the steps listed here. As this will also clear the pairing list, ensure that you delete the earbuds from your phone's Bluetooth list before reconnecting.
