The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Not charging

My wireless charging as been completely down to 0% and now that I am trying to charge it, it doesn't start charging no matter how many wires I change or what I do

Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community. I'm sorry to hear you're having some difficulty charging your product, but I'd be happy to help.

 

Does there look to be any damage to the charging port of the headphones? If you connect your product to a computer and load the Bose BTU site HERE, are your headphones recognized? If you find you still have difficulty charging with various devices and cables, then I'd recommend reaching out to local support who'll be able to help you look further into the available service options.
