Can you please let us know if the button is physically stuck? I would also like to know if you see any power LED's on the system at all?
On the QC30's the serial number is a 4-digit code (e.g. 7DAV) underneath the silicone tip on the left earbud at the end of the nozzle. Please do not post your serial number onto the community.
