I have a pair of QC20 I bought in November 2019 and in the last week they stopped holding a charge. This is my second pair. The first pair I had for 3 years, until I lost them, and I never had this problem. Very disappointing for earphones less than a year old.

I can imagine it must be disappointing to run into this charging issue with your QC20's. I'd love to see what I can do to help.
Are you using the original charging cable? If so, could you try another cable?
When you say they are not holding a charge, what happens when you take them off charge? Is the battery life depleting quickly, or does it just not take any charge at all?
I would recommend reaching out to local support in order to explore the service options. The headphones do come with a minimum of 1-years warranty from the date-of-purchase.
