QC30 for phone calls terrible

Hello all


Now that im working from home i am trying to use my Bose Headphones but everyone says that its like im in a tunnel and the sound quality is terrible. i have tested this myself and its really unclear?! 


any advice?!

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your QC30's. I would recommend updating them. You can do this by clicking the LINK HERE on a laptop or PC and following the on-screen instructions.
