I am residing in Vancouver and got my QC30 on September 1st. I only made phone calls with it until today. But I sense a noise sounding like leaves blown by wind or waves rushing to the shore whenever I started speaking, and it ceased when I stopped talking. This noise made my counterpart have difficulty in hearing me. The hotline service staffer suggested that I launch a warranty request. But I couldn't reach you via the phone number he gave me.
