Bose announces on 9/10 the quiet comfort earbuds and I preordered that day. How is that I see reviews on Best Buy for this product and I ordered directly from the manufacturer yet I've not received as much as a notification that they've shipped yet. The order said I'd have them by Sept 29th, so please explain how it can be 19 days since I preordered and I've not received any kind of status update? I would have ordered from Best Buy like others have if I had known I'd get them quicker. Very disappointed!
I wondered this too, but noticed that all of these reviews are from a BesBuy "Tech Insider Network". I'm guessing they got early access to start padding the reivew.
those best buy reviews read like they were written by the bose PR team 😉

It's great to hear that you're eager to get your hands on your new QuietComfort Earbuds. 09/29/2020 is the start of shipment date, not the date that you'll receive them. This means they started shipping today and will be with you as soon as possible. BestBuy does not have an earlier shipment date.

I ordered the Triple Black on 9/11, and they haven't shipped yet. 😔 I guess I'll continue to patiently wait.
