QuietControl Disconnects, gets static or fuzzy when i move around

Guys! I scrimped and saved working an extra job to afford my quitecontrol 30s and now they don't work after two months. When I turn, they either stop for a second, but mostly get static-y. I don't think it would be possible to take better care of them. What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your QC30 earphones after taking great care of them. This is not normal behavior and I will do all we can to assist you! 

 

I would recommend trying to update the firmware. To do this, click the LINK HERE on a laptop or PC and follow the on-screen instructions.
