Thank you for the information but even after following all the steps it is still showing they are up to date. Can you please tell me what is the latest firmware are they working on.

If the updater it showing that your earphones are up to date then it is safe to assume this is correct.
The most recent Firmware version is 2.6.0, looking at your original post, I'd say you were up to date.
