Right headphone not connecting even with the full charge

My bose soundsport free headphones right earpiece is not powering on. I have plugged it in and waited for 5 minutes- still nothing 

Bluetooth light is not blinking nothing. It's dead!

Welcome to the Bose Community! We appreciate you posting and would love to assist you with this connection issue you are having. 


Firstly, I would like to know if you get any LED's at all on the headphones? I understand that you can't see the Bluetooth LED but unsure if you are able to see the power LED. 


I would recommend that we start with performing a reset on the headset by following these steps below: 

  • Place your earbuds in the charging case
  • Connect the charging case to a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait five seconds
  • Disconnect the USB cable from the charging case, then wait one minute
  • Remove your earbuds from the case.

Please also ensure that the earbuds are up to date, to do this please connect them to a PC/Mac via the USB charging cable. Once connected please visit our online updater and follow the on-screen instructions.
