Right sleepbud not working

I’ve just bought the sleepbuds and can’t get to work the right one. I’ve read all the posts and tried everything but updating the firmware because I’m traveling and I don’t have the computer with me. Also I tried them on and found that the right one makes a pulsating noise, very soft but audible. I’m traveling tomorrow to Argentina. What do I do to get it working or change them if the right one is just faulty? Never had an issue with a new Bose product before!

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty you've had with your right Sleepbud and would be happy to assist. If you are able to perform the update, have done all of the other troubleshooting we would recommend from the Community, and this is still not resolving your issue; then I would recommend you reach out to Bose Support in your local region.
