Serial number missing on QC20 so can't get product support
I have "Bose Quiet Comfort 20" in-ear buds, from Amazon. Purchased here:
The right ear bud has come apart, but I have found product support impossible. The chat on the official website is useless. They keep asking the same questions then saying nothing for 10 mins in between.
I need my serial number. They say its on the earbuds. It's not.
What do I do?? 😞
