That's very strange that your son's SoundSport headphones are automatically lowering volume, this is absolutely something I would be more than happy to help you with. Could you please tell me specifically which model of SoundSport headphones he has? Has any troubleshooting been tried? If yes, what? Have you noticed this with all sources? Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Sonos headphones continue to turn down the volume on its own. A replacement pair that I just received is doing the exact same thing. Any time that I turn up the volume, it automatically turns itself down. I am on an iPhone 8 Plus with the latest 13.2.2 OS update. This is terrible—there must be a software issue; nothing is wrong with the physical headphones. These are unusable.
