I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your SoundSport headphones. If there is no audio playing and no interaction with your headphones, they will turn off automatically after 20 minutes. To avoid this, disable or change the duration of the Sleep Timer using the Bose Connect app. If you're having trouble adjusting volume, try a product reset to clear any underlying issues.
