SoundSport Right Ear

I can only hear out of my right ear, I have read BOSE community and see earbud operation is the right ear bud. Can the right ear piece be changed out with the left ear piece so I can insert it into my left ear.  I do like this product and want to use it.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your SoundSport Free wireless headphones. I will do all I can to assist you with this matter. 

 

To confirm, you are only hearing audio from the left earbud?

 

Are you able to test your headphones with another device?

 

My first recommendation would be to perform a reset. This can be done by following these steps:

  1. Place the earbuds into the charging case
  2. Plug the charging case into a wall outlet using a USB charger and wait 5 seconds
  3. Unplug the USB cord from the charging case and wait 1 minute
  4. Remove the earbuds from the case and try again

 

Additionally, I would suggest to check for and install any available updates for your headphones. To do this, simply visit btu.bose.com on your computer and follow the on-screen instructions.
