I ran into a similar issue with my Bluetooth earpiece (cel phone) a few years back. I contacted Bose directly. Even though the product was out of warranty, Bose initiated an exchange.
How do get in contact with bose is it through Phone or Email. Will they be seeing the post here and offering help ?
