I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with your SoundSport Wireless earphones. I will do all I can to help!
Can you tell me if the earbuds are connected at all? This will help me to distinguish which SoundSport Wireless earphones you have.
In the meantime, I would recommend making sure that your earphones are up to date with the most recent firmware. You can do this by clicking the LINK HERE on a laptop or PC and following the on-screen instructions.
