SoundSport battery draining after your latest UPDATE

After your latest update, my battery started to drain 2 or 3 times faster on SoundSport free wireless.

 

Additional to that, when I tried to check for the latest update I can't even connect my device via USB.

 

I get the following message 

" It looks like your case is empty. Unplug the case and make sure both earbuds are placed in the case. Then, open the lid and plug the case in using your USB cable."

Hi there,

 

  1. I checked the case and the earbuds are fully charged
  2. Confirming that earbuds are in the case
  3. Still getting the same message now "t looks like your case is empty. Unplug the case and make sure both earbuds are placed in the case. Then, open the lid and plug the case in using your USB cable."  so no longer works no matter what I do now
