SoundSport not powering on despite full charge

Isn't it about time that Bose admitted that the soundvsport product is junk, that they can't resolve the problem and replace them with another, hopefully more reliable, product.  I'm on my third pair, that have lasted a whole 3 months before going into the twilight zone.

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Thanks for reaching out today and welcome to the Bose Community Forums.

 

I would love to assist you in getting this issue resolved, as I appreciate it is frustrating and it is unusual for 3 pairs of headphones to have broken. However, I really would need to know which specific headphones you have as we have a few with SoundSport in the name. You can use this page here to type in the serial number of your headphones, which will then give you the name.
