Just a few minutes ago my rubber volume down button was torn off on my soundsport free. I bought them just a little more than a year ago. I've seen another discussion about the same problem, which told the OP to find their country on the BOSE site list and contact them. The problem is I live in Israel, which doesn't have a BOSE site, so i do not know who to contact. Any solutions please?
