Soundsport Left Side Not Working

App Version

 

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on Samsung Galaxy S8

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce - Left side just went out. I can still barely hear out of it, but not the same level as the right side.

 

What environment do you experience the issue in? Everytime I turn it on.

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? A couple days ago, yes it has worked before.

 

Any troubleshooting steps you took
